Edupoint literally means education collected at single place. Edupoint is the website which provides educational products that will help you in your studies and career as well. Website also contains some stuff which is beyond your studies;just to build your all round personality and to light the spark of interest in other ideologies. Website is providing the digital platform for your studies, and also for making it cheerful , wonderful and awesome.As our life is the mixture of all the emotions such as happiness , sadness and so on ; this website also has mixture of so many educational stuff and accessories and what not . Currently the website has 4 categories of products:
- VJTI books
- General books
- Stationary Products
- Engineering Equipments
All the above mentioned products will be delivered to the consumer with superior quality and at a reasonable price.Our Website also aims at supplying brand new high quality engineering equipments to colleges in order to improve the quality of practical education imparted to students.
Currently, we are having a dummy cart page.We are also working harder to make this website and cart more responsive,user-friendly and make the layout of website compatible with different devices used.
Lastly our team wishes good luck to you all users for your bright future, and ofcourse we are here for helping you out while facing any difficulty during handling this website.

Project Setup
- One can download local files and run flask application app.py to open the site.
- The user can go to link of website.
Usage
- After setting up the project and running the application using app.py or after going to Website link, Homepage of Website appears.
- It is suggested for the user to Register/Login initially as for adding the product to a cart Login/Registration is Mandatory.However, the user can surf the website without it.
- The User will get the slideshow of the offers like Free Home Delivery and Category Display at start of Homepage.One can go to that category for viewing its products.On Clicking the Logo image , Menu appears on the screen so that user can explore a variety of products.
- We have kept some of the standout products of ours below for every category.Horizontal ScrollBar is provided for the user to view all the products. The User can go to that product by clicking on the image to view it.
- We have also provided Search Bar so that the user can go to webpage of desired product directly.
- The user can see all the categories in dropdown named Categories.
Depending on the need of the user, one can view the products accordingly.

- The site even contains those books which are exclusivly available to some colleges.
Future Scope
Project EduPoint has immense oppurtunites considering the near future.
- This project can be improved by adding the feature of “second hand books” to create a student friendly platform for opting the second hand books.
- It emphasizes on easy availability and accessibility of books and other materials required by college students,thus reducing their effort for acquiring these resources by other means.
- We are trying round the clock to improve our facilities and expansion of our site to include books for all years of B.Tech degree education.Currently we have started with FY B.Tech.
- Building a network with maintenance agencies for time-to-time maintenance of engineering equipments sold is also one of our objectives.
- Addition of features like user reviews and comments in order to improve,upgrade and develop EduPoint website in the right direction.
- EduPoint is a sincere effort by our team to help colleges and their students to find curriculum related books,accessories and equipments effortlessly on a single budget-friendly platform with just a mouseclick!
